Green; son, Matthew Green; daughters, Angela (Ian) Carter, Megan Green, Michelle Green, Aubrianna Green, Morgan Green; mother, Rose Green; brothers, George (Lannie) Green, Ronald Green, Nathan Green; 2 grandchildren. Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (April 24) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Memorial Service 6:30 p.m. Committal Service 10:30 a.m. Friday (April 25) at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. No flowers, please. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
