75Clifford Morris "Buzz" Spencer III, 63, of Kahului, director of Salvation Army's Maui County disaster relief program, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Detroit. He is survived by wife Kimber; sons Cory Brown and Seth Spencer; daughters April, Angelica and Jessica Spencer and Amber Ortiz; brothers Gary Spencer, Tommy Gun Adams and Tommy Jackson; and sisters Patty Spencer, Lisa Miner and Sandy Clayborn. Memorial motorcycle rides: 9 a.m. Saturday and May 26 from Burger King, Kahului.
