He is survived by wife, Gladys Nadine Smith; sons, John (Charmane) Smith, Jr., Mark (Gini) Smith, Matt (Vicky) Smith; brother, Jeffrey Smith; sisters, Carol Marrero, Lucy Parker, Marie Wessel; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grand- children. Private services were held.
