Dr. Joseph E. Andrews, 99, of Kula, Maui, a retired Kula Hospital surgeon and an Army veteran, died. He was born in McKees Rocks, Penn. He is survived by sons John and Mark; daughters Dr. Anne Louis, Terry Haljun and Dr. Mary Jo Andrews; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services to be announced.
