Richard Francis "Dickie" Tam Sing, 81, of Pukalani, Maui, owner of Upcountry Fishery, died at home. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Martha Jean; son Timothy; daughters Robin Mae Tam Sing and Kimberly Louise Coelho; brother Joseph Henry; sisters Loretta Alameda, Theresa Lui and Carole Mae Tam Sing; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
