Albert Y.F. Leong, 80, of San Mateo, Calif., a retired Matson Navigation Co. purchasing agent and a Navy veteran, died in California. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jean T.; son Michael; daughter Allison; sisters Lena and Mildred Leong, and Elsie Low; and a grandchild. Graveside services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Memorial Park.
