79Beverly Ann Kamomiala Chu, 71, of Hilo, a retired teacher at Pahoa High School and Hilo Intermediate School, died in Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. She was born in Kona. She is survived by husband Ronald S.P. "Singie"; son Wyllis; daughters Ronnette Chu and Shawn Chu-Quinn; brothers Calvin, Stan, Milton, Wendell and Dale Oka, and Sam and Lino Kamakau; sister Olalani Kamakau; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Malia Puka 'o Kalani Catholic Church in Keaukaha. Mass: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
