76Cleofe "Oping" Turalva, 90, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Balaoan, La Union, Philippines. She is survived by sons Sofronio and Tom, daughters Carmelita Benigno and Nelie Ibarra, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Burial: 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Memorial Park.
