Shepherd Martin Jenks, 87, of Benicia, Calif., an Episcopal Church deacon and a retired Navy captain, died in Martinez, Calif. He was born in Berkeley, Calif. He is survived by wife Nancy L., son Shepherd Jr., daughter Deborah J. Reichhold, three grandchildren and a stepgrandchild. Services to be held in Benicia. No flowers.
