76Ferris Wayne Hough, 90, of Kailua, a pastor and a child and family services psychologist, died at home. He was born in Grand Rapids, Mich. He is survived by wife Carol L.; son Jeffrey Price; daughters Carol, Sharon and Marty; sister Jean Hutstetler; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
