76Phyllis Patrice Jensen, 67, of Kailua, a retired high school teacher, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Kimberly Davis; mother Vivian Vause; brothers Chester, Randal and Jeffrey Vause; and two grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Mystical Rose Chapel, Chaminade University.
