76Gail Yoshie Masuoka Kuramoto, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Defense supply manager for the Army, died in Island Nursing home. She was born in Peahi, Maui. She is survived by daughter Sheri Sunabe and two grandchildren. Private services.
