Betty Katsuko Nomura, 87, of Honolulu, a retired secretary for the state Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corp., died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Francis S., son Alton, daughter Sherri Achiu and four grandchildren. Private services.
