Gerald James Hayes Jr., 61, of Pearl City, an Army veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Worcester, Mass. He is survived by wife Faith; sons Matthew M., Nicholas, Patrick and Philip; stepson Jeffrey Vance; stepdaughter Samantha Murphy; brothers John and William; and sisters Barbara Rozumek and Margaret North. Private services.
