74Hester K. Neff, 90, of Honolulu, a retired district supervisor and training specialist for the city Department of Parks and Recreation, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons John R. and Craig R., daughter Lilana M. Mausolf, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 11 a.m. May 9 at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services at noon.
