74Yoko Akutagawa, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Pacific Sportswear seamstress, died in Maluhia Hospital. She was born in South Hilo. She is survived by sisters May Moriyama and Helen Nakabayashi, and caregiver Gail Okaneku. Services: 6 p.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Aloha attire. No flowers.
