81Rochelle Nissa Villegas, 45, of Hilo, a waitress, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in California. She is survived by father Arnold, mother Shelly, brothers Seth Stellar and John Gullett, and sisters Lanessa McClellan, Camille Stellar-Fontana, Michelle Evans, Sara Villegas, and Ashley, Lana and Paloma. Gathering and potluck Saturday through Monday at 1745 Kaumana Drive, Hilo.
