Herbert Kazumi Doi, 90, of Honolulu, a retired director of publications and printing at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, 14th Naval District, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Patricia T., daughter Kellie K. Pearce, sister Florence K. Silva and two grandchildren. Private services.
