69Arnold T. Fukutomi, 57, of Kapolei, a city Traffic Management Division employee and an Aiea Taiheiji Kendo Club chief instructor, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Cynthia, son Braxton, daughter Roxine Nakamoto, mother Ryoko, brother Bryant and sister Colleen Olson. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m.
