John F. "Jack" Fernandez Jr., 81, of Pukalani, Maui, a retired business machine repairman and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Clara; daughters Ivy Paleka, Lorlee Cain and Julie Fernandez; sisters Evangeline DeCambra and Lorraine Wardell; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
