Pepito Ragasa, 90, of Kahului, a retired Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co. welder, an International Longshore and Warehouse Union business agent and a police commissioner and liquor commissioner for Mayor Hannibal Tavares, died in Hale Makua Kahului. He was born in San Sebastian, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Alice, son Guy, brother Dado Rola, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Christ the King Catholic Church. Mass: 8 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Ballard Family Mortuary.
