75Shizuko Alice Terada, 93, of Honolulu, a retired waitress, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughters Lurline Matsumoto, Karen Kawasaki, Geraldine Terada and Marcia Hakikawa; brother Yasuiki Morishita; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
