71Manuel Atmosfera "Marcos" Tactay, 66, of Honolulu, a retired Kalakaua Middle School security guard, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Laoac, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Magdalena V.; sons Jimfer, Noel and Troy; daughters Hilda Garcia and Elma Tactay; stepson Ken Velasquez; stepdaughters Michelle Marcus and Lorraine Velasquez; brothers Wency, Jaime Jr., Rany and Giles; sisters Grace Soriano, Marivin Tano and Maria M. Canadido; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
