JANICE PECHAUERJANICE PECHAUER Janice Pechauer was born December 1st, 1939 in Bradley, Il and passed away May 1st 2014 in Honolulu, HI after a painful fight with lung cancer. Janice is survived by husband John, sons Jeff and Joel, their wives and her beloved grand- children Jared, Jacob and Porter. Janice graduated from the University of Illinois and moved to Hawaii with her husband and children in 1968. Janice was born-again in the late 1970's and was a woman of tremendous faith. She was an Interior Designer, earning numerous awards for her outstanding work. In addition to being born again in her faith, she was born again in her political beliefs as well, and was a passionate, conservative REPUBLICAN. She not only believed in rugged individualism and personal responsibility, she lived it. She was strong- willed and tough and worked hard to defeat those who were on the wrong side of the political spectrum. That said, she was also a great friend to everyone, even those with whom she disagreed. She took pride in everything she did, and it showed in her work and in her friendships. A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 10th at 10:30 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church 45-600 Kionaole Rd. Kaneohe, HI. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Hawaii Republican Party, or the American Lung Association if you disagreed with her politics.
Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased
