Thomas Noel "TJ" Johnston, 77, of Kapolei, a retired Army staff sergeant, died in Kapolei. He was born in Marytown, W.Va. He is survived by wife Song S.; sons David, Tim, John, Ricky and Tom Johnston, and Robert Juan; and daughters Alice Richards and Angie Jones.
