Edward Garcia Pedro Sr., 81, of Ewa Beach, an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by wife Violeta; sons Rayford, Howard, Edward Jr. and Nino; daughters Merrinette Pedro Pacheco, Janet Nicolas and Sylvana, Sharmaine and Shannon Pedro; 31 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ewa Beach. Mass: 11 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Flowers welcome.
