71William John "Bill" Kuloloia, 70, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a heavy equipment operator, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons John-Michael and James "Kimo," brother Douglas and sisters Leona Tagupa and Eloise Umiamaka. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. May 16 at Ainaloa Longhouse.
