74Consolacion Gambon "Conching" Sy, 75, of San Francisco, a homemaker, died. She was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by son Michael, daughters Cecil Sy and Cynthia Dameron, and sisters Christina Miranda, Lourdes Rabena, Magdalena Gambon and Virginia Quintin. Visitation: 8 a.m. Monday at St. Raphael Catholic Church, Koloa. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
