Kiyoshi James Gibo, 88, of Waipahu, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. cable splicer supervisor and an Army veteran, died in Waipahu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Lauren G. Bobadilla, brothers Peter S. and Jack I., sister Joyce Higa and a grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m.
