72Lloyd Keliikaua "Blackie" Richards Sr., 74, of Aiea, a retired Honolulu Police Department officer, a retired security officer at Kaiser Permanente, and a Hono-lulu Airport agriculture inspector, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Lloyd "Kelii" and Leighton, daughters Cheri and Tiffany, sisters Anne Ili and Lybertta Lee, caregiver Mary Parcrem, 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
