Thomas William Moniz, 76, of Waianae, a construction project manager and an Army veteran, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Eleele, Kauai. He is survived by wife Joyce, sons Samuel, Joseph and Fred Pasion; daughters Sherry and Jessica Moniz, Jocelin Sabir and Anita Sagon; brother Timothy; sisters Carol Miyaki and Lorraine Bailey; 21 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
