79Ronald James Andrade, 75, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Transportation highways maintenance supervisor, an Andrade Service, Inc. driver/mechanic and a bulldozer operator-mechanic for Ishimaru, Andrade-Kau Contracting and Kawaihae Ranch, died at home. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Kapuaokalani G.; son Paul; daughters Rhonda and Michelle Andrade, and Helena Erece; brothers Walter, Gilbert and Dennis; sisters Rachel Johansen, Diane Lumanlan and Elsie Moses; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Pahala Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire.
