79Romulo Celis "Rommie" Dascil, 73, of Wahiawa died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Pamplona, Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by sons Romulo C. Dascil Jr. and Ryan K. Angeles; daughters Valerie Dascil-Tago and Michele Charest; brothers Leopoldo and Ricardo; sisters Visitacion Clemente, Christine Harmon and Flora Madriaga; and six grandchildren.
