LeeRoger Wical, 79, of Kaneohe, a re-tired senior telecommunications engineer for the U.S. goverment defense communications administration and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Sharon, Pa. He is survived by son Eric, sister Vanessa Baker and caregiver Renee Medeiros. Private services.
