William "Bill" Lambie, 81, of Vacaville, Calif., a boat captain and an Air Force veteran, died in Vacaville. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by former wife Anita and sons Louis and Richard. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kaneohe Bay. No flowers. Donations suggested to charity.
