77James Cabral, 88, of Puhi, Kauai, a retired supervisor of the Kauai County Parks and Recreation Division and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Kalaheo, Kauai. He is survived by wife Evelyn; sons Jimmy, Grady and Keith; daughters Cindy Soto and Monalisa Miguel; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Church. Mass: 10:30 a.m. No flowers.
