SHERI FLEMING SCHNACK
5-25 SHERI SCHNACK b&wSHERI FLEMING SCHNACK Sheri Fleming Schnack, 56, died at Straub Clinic & Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii on April 15 of leukemia. She had battled her disease at Straub and The City of Hope hospital in Duarte, California. She was born in Riverside, California to Leslie "Bill" Fleming (a professional baseball player) and Geri W. Fleming. Sheri grew up in Reno, Nevada and attended Wooster High. She was a supportive, caring wife, mother and mentor, an avid gardener, paddle tennis player, animal lover, family genealogist and supporter of the arts. Sheri is survived by her husband, Michael C. Schnack; son, Jason K. Schnack; daughter, Nicole M. Schnack; mother, Geri W. Fleming; brother, Lawrence L. Fleming; sister, Dixie M. Fleming; nephew David R. Moseley; nieces, Pamela A. Moseley; grand- niece, Madison Moseley, and grandnephews, James M. Fleming and Thomas M. Fleming. Her ashes will be scattered in the Sierras overlooking Lake Tahoe by her family. No monetary offerings. Donations suggested to the Hawaii Humane Society or The City of Hope Medical Foundation.
