77Richard Kwock Yuen Tong, 74, of Honolulu, a retired computer programmer for the state Department of Transportation, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carol, sons Russell and Wesley, stepson Ryan Takafuji, stepdaughter Sonja Shirai, sister Winifred Hee and four grandchildren. Private services.
