Saffery Shigemitsu Higa, 57, of Honolulu, a finishing carpenter and an Air National Guard veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Kimberly N.S. Ardis, brother Larry and sisters Jan Taniguchi, Carolyn Saggers and Gail Perez. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. Incorrect information in an obituary published Tuesday.
