He is survived by wife Celestina; sons Clifford, Arnel and Warren; brother Carlos; sisters Cliceria Chee, Edna Ramones and Florence Ramiro; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
