73Helene F. Yamamoto, 79, of Wailuku, a retired medical records clerk, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on Molokai. She is survived by husband Herbert, sons Wayne and Alan, daughters Lori Luke and Rena Day, brother Masao Fujimoto, sister Jane Pang, eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
