82Felisa Tomacder, 83, of Las Vegas, a retired executive secretary with the state Department of Employment Development, died in Las Vegas. She was born in Kahuku. She is survived by brother Policarpio "Patrick" Tumacder and sisters Aureliana "Gloria" Limon, Maria D. "Dee" Canianes and Rosita "Rose" Magno. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 1525 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
