77John Hee Soo Kim, 90, of La Verne, Calif., a retired engineer for the U.S. Forest Service and Hawaiian Sugar Planters' Association, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Theresa, sons Alexander and Dexter, and brother Lee D. Donohue. Burial: 10:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
