Diane Dolores "Kara" Billingsley, 76, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a retired teacher, owner and operator of Karaden Farm and Aloha Ocean Hideaway, and co-founder of the Kona Crisis Center, died at home. She was born in San Francisco. She is survived by daughter Roxanne Locher, son Christopher Locher, brother Walter MacDonald, sister Joan Mackin and three grandchildren. Private services.
