William Winchell Burgher Jr., 75, of Kaneohe, a retired United Airlines aircraft mechanic and an Air Force veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born on Staten Island, N.Y. He is survived by wife Sarah P.; sons William W. III, Gary D.K., Timothy A.K. and Sheldon E.K.; daughters Jessica S.L.M. Beznoska, Donna M.M. Ilagan and Carol L.L. Burgher; brother Warren David Sr.; 20 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. Monday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
