Allan Carter Rogers, 62, of Hilo, formerly of Northridge, Calif., co-owner of ACR Dollar+ store in Hilo, retiree from AT&T in Los Angeles and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Brawley, Calif. He is survived by wife Christine, four children, a mother, a brother, two sisters and many grandchildren. Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Sunday at Coconut Island pavilion.
