Bernard Matsui, 81, of Honolulu, a retired civil service employee and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Teddy and Frederick Matsui and sister Lillian Kim. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
