He is survived by wife Karen T.; sons Michael, Anthony and Joseph; daughter Angela; father Lawrence Butindaro; mother Anne Taylor; stepmother Nancy Butindaro; brother Charles; and sister Catherine. Visitation: 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu. Services: 2:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
