74Betty Lou Garner, 82, of Lihue, owner of Oar House Saloon in Nawiliwili, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Allan; sons Scott and Dwight "Ike" Barrie, and Gerald Garner; daughter Colette McMonigle; brother Melvin Barros; and sisters Shirley Belsher and Barbara Eischen.
