Clarence Andrade Mattos, also known as "Bow" and Cowboy," 89, of Kurtistown, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation park caretaker and a former Hualalai Ranch employee, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Margaret D.; stepsons Jerry and Don Souza; stepdaughters Linda Moderow, Sandra Souza and Laverne Iaukea; brothers Raymond and William Andrade; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
